Semester 2 first topic - Coaches

So the first topic concerns Coaches?

What makes a good coach? Will a good player become a good coach? Why? What do you think about Zidane becoming the coach of Real Madrid as his first major coaching job? Write between 25 and 50 words on this topic.

for me what makes a good coach is :
- his experience in the sports community in question (so if the coach has played a good level it will can be a good coach)
- its capacity from listening to its players, its role role is to bring stability and cohesion within a group.
for example zinedine zidane. this men is a legend in the real Madrid (in players) but now is coach. I don’t know is a better choise because if it fails is possible the supporters does that will remind most of zidane players and therefore lose its status of legend.

I think a good coach is a people with many capacité and experience to arrive to motived players for example, he have a big role in the club. I think Zidane is a goot solution for Real Madrid, it's a legend in Madrid, he knows the house and all the players. For his first game with madrid, they win 5-0

In my opinion a good coach is a person who understand his players : he can easily talk with them, he knows what they are able to do in spite the journalist's critics. Moreover he must have respect from players however the group will be not soldered and the results will be bad.

So Zinedine Zidane is the new Real Madrid's coach. In his career he was a really great football player (one of the best) and he gets repsect from each players and supporters. But be a good football players doesn't makes you a good coach. But I think he is able to do a good job with his team because he gets all of the qualities to be that. (Madrid won 5-0 saturday, nice first match right?)

I think to become a good coach you must know all the players in the team , have respect with them and be respected by them since the relationship between player and coach is very important ! but you also need a good vision of the game.
His playing experience is an advantage because he knows how to solve the problem of offensive and defensive team
So yes ... for all these reasons I think Zinedine Zidane is a good choice for Real Madrid , for his first match as a coach he won 5-0
But if the results are not good, Zidane will no longer be considered a legend

For me a good trainer is first of all a teacher. A person who knows to explain, listen and strict. I think that a good player does not become forcing a good coach  because exactly a player has no forcing this pedagogy is important for a coach. For the coaching of Zidane in the Real of Madrid, I think that he necessarily has to succeed because otherwise he will break his image.

The Coach is first a person who knows how to direct a group or person, depending on the sport, to make progress and make the best possible. I think Zidane will be perfect as coach of Real Madrid by his experience as a former great player, he can more easily give advice to his players.

Hello ! A good coach choose good players to play at matchs, and puts in place good exercise at training to improve players performance. Zidane just have his diploma of coach, so it will be difficult to coach Real Madrid team, with good players. But he have lot of experience, he is repected by all players in the world, it's a good point. It has been successful with reserve team, why not with first team ? Bye

I think than a good coach it's a person who know well sports cin general and these difficulties. He must to get a legitimity nearby his players. He must also know speak good with a big pedagogy, each player is different. I think that to success to understand each player. He must to be a good technician.
I think than Zidane can be a good coach because he is really respected with his palmares. He has also a good knowledge of coach job because he was with Ancelotti.

Zidane was one the best football player's of the world . He won world cup on 1998 and he put 2 goals ! He is a legend of football , he was a great players but nobody know if he is great coatch , he wons no trophy etc.. For me great coach , is coach who wins great match , great trophy , who has good historic , great experience , Zidane hasn't this condition. But Real Madrid is one the best team on football world , i'm think it's not difficult for coaching this team.
