THE ESSENTIALS OILS

The essentials oils are magic because it's natural and it's very good for our health.



We can use when we are sick or when we have a psychological problem. In fact there are more than 100 and every essential oil have a vertue. But do you know their limites? And do you know remedies for the hair, for the skin or the cook?

I want to know more because i know the oils essentials since 1year ago and it's not much. We can also create cosmetics products but we can't use lot of essentials oils because it's very agressive and strong.

I love essentials oils, in my family everybody use theme, my favorite one is the essential oil of lavender.
You can perfume you, that help to calm down (for stress) and to sleep. I learn about you can use is for repel lices, is realy nice when you take care of kids.
You can use it on your skin, on your bath on your sheet and cover.

I love essential oils but don't always think of using them, which is dumb cause I have several at home. They're great but so concentrated it's better to follow a recipe or just use a drop or two, cause their abuse can be dangerous. But they're natural and have so many uses !

there are lot of essentials oils. I have a essentials oils's book with the description of each oil. The must in my book it's a description and a solution for each diseases or psychological illness however the big problem there's too much oil and it's expensive to have them. In conclusion even if i have 10 differents essentials oils i can't use those as I would like.

Indeed, each diseases or psychological illness had need multiple oils to operate.
Do you know a book or a website to use only some oils that Suitable for everyday use?
