STOP DAIRY PRODUCTS

I found this video really sad.....

Each Year the cows must deliver a calf to produce a lot of milk to just to satisfy our appetites!
Since i looked this video i have arrested to buy milk, cream and i replace them by soja's cream and rice'smilk. Even if it's hard i remember this video and my stomach calm down.

I 've seen some videos of this type 3 years ago and since this time I've started to drink soja drink and soja cream instead of milk and milk cream too ! I still consume cow milk by eating some cheese and yogurt (but very few, about 15 by year...). We really should reduce our milk consumption because of the dammages it causes to the animals and also the dammages it causes to our body ! Drinking milk is not natural ! Did you notice that humain is the only animal who :
- drink the milk of an other animal race (in the logic we should drink only humain milk)
- still drink milk when they are adult (so don't need it ! it's too fat and rich for us)

Think about it...

i agree with you. more and more people begin to acquire a conscience and that measures are taken to tackle a problem. It's necessary to speak about this subject around us. we see many videos on this subject like this one:

So it's breast milk on my cereal in the morning.
