My weekend.

Hello John !
Yesterday morning I got up early to go running with the dog my boyfriend! If was really nice! Then arriving I made some abdominal and sheathing. This is the only exercise I got this weekend! I was working Saturday afternoon from fourteen hours until nineteen and thirty minutes to Super U Rouillac and thirty nine hours today half past twelve. This is not an exercise physical but it's not easy though! I muscle my arms wearing items!

Hi, I don't understand "sheathing". what is that?
