For me the Christmas period is amazing and magic, she radiates a something of extraordinary. Christmas tree, snow, gifts and the Santa Claus is representative of Christmas. This year, I celebrated Christmas with my family around a good meal. Christmas Holidays are my favorite because there are Christmas and Ne Year celebrations, two important parties of the year 2018. For the New Year celebrations, I celebrated this with my friends.

Christmas. Topic.

Post by Lucas Duconge on Thu Jan 10, 2019 7:15 pm

When I was a child I couldn't keep calm. I go to bed late and get up early.
Now I always go to bed late and get up late too.
I prefer meals to gifts with family.
I learned that Santa Claus doesn't exist at five years.
I hope one day winter be back.

Christmas is a feast of Christian origin, from the birth of Jesus Nazareth. It is celebrated every year all over the world from the evening of December 24th to December 25th all day long. On the night of December 24th, Santa Claus is supposed to have passed on presents to children and parents, but the truth is that parents are buying gifts;)
during this festival a meal is organized on the 25th at noon, with foie gras, salmon, oysters.
On December 31st, we arrive with the new year that comes with a meal, celebrate it with a dance, laughing instantly for everyone.

The Christmas period is a moment of sharing with the family, at home the tradition is to open the gifts, take the annual photo of the family and then proceed to the meal.
On the other hand the new year is rather a moment shared between friends of which there is no tradition, we share a convivial moment around a glass and toast while waiting for the new year.

What can I say about Christmas? For me, the most importnt in this period is to be close our family. What I prefer in this magical day is to see my little cousins marvel at the Christmas tree filled with gifts thinking it was Santa Claus who dropped them off. The second thing I like is, of course, FOOD! So for me, Christmas is a moment of sharing with our family.
To celebrate New Years, I go away with my friends. This years, I went to Bayonne for celebrate this. It's important for me to celebrate this particulary day with my veritable friends. It's the way to start the year with the most important people for me.

Christmas is a religious feast that happens every year. It's a party where you get lots of gifts from your family. Our parents, our brothers and sisters, our uncles and aunts and still our darling or husband. Me for Christmas I got a new phone, a perfume, flippers, a bracelet and chocolates. What I prefer most during Christmas is to eat a lot of chocolates because it's super good.

Christmas is for joy, for giving and sharing, for laughter, for coming together with family and friends, for tinsel and brightly decorated packages... But mostly, Christmas is for love. Christmas, Christian festival celebrating the birth of Jesus.
