European section in secondary school

Post by Lou Jussaume on Sat Sep 12, 2015 8:00 pm

During 3 years, I was in european section english/sport. We played badminton, table tennis and squash.
We did 3 trips. The first was in Dublin by boat, we discovered the city with a lot of nice music bands in streets, but we didn't really improve our english ! The second was in Manchester by plane, it was an exchange with a correspondent who came in France after, mine has a twin sister but it seems that I look like her more than she. And the last was in London, we were just 8 students, we lived in a youth hostel ideally placed next to the St Paul's cathedral.
After this section, I don't think that I improved a lot in English, but I keep a head full of memories !

Have a nice week end.

That sounds great. Why do you think you didn't improve? Did you only speak French with your friends?

Yes often, and strangely mainly with my correspondent. She was very good in french but she always wanted improve her, so, although I answered as much as possible in english, I rather increased in french !
