the more you do the more you get
Good evening
I will be fast tonight.
Well, I have decided this week to continue to swim on saturday and sunday because I can see some progress and i won't stop it
So I feell happy of course, and become more motivated week after week to perform more and more,
I realy feel that my slips on the water is more fluid and less brutish, ( or nag ?)
So the first consequence is that i'm less breathless at each 50meter xD (i use less energy) and even if this work of the form haven't increase my speed, i'm not slowler.
Interestant thing that prove i don't need to use strenght to swim and to be good. I must stay focus on that work of quality.
Otherwise, i would like play basketball one day, make some shots, work the mobility, be less bad lol, just to be sure to get at least 10, the average!!
aahhh so many things to do, 24h a day is not enough !!
