DISCUSSION TOPIC 3 - SERIES

So this week we have to talk about series. Ain't nobody watching Good Doctor on TF1 ? This one is awesome, it shows some society problems like how could genius be rejected by people only because they got problems to make social links and express themselves. Moreover in G.D the principal character got incredible scientifical abilitys and knowledge about the body, the physiologie and anatomy, it's really intresting for STAPS students. The real problem about series is that, most of the time you can't stop watching, you can't support to not know what will happen in the next episode so quickly it's midnight, then 2AM and you must wake up at 7 so..reading books would be better in this case.
Now I've got Netflix, real drug, be carefull or you could loose your social life and fail your studys with it.

So series. Watch series allows to distract yourself but sometimes the problem it's because when we begin a series, it is difficult to release it so we Watch instead of working the courts for example! Personaly, there is a series which pleases me enormously and which is very interesting furthermore than we are in staps and than, there are a lot of médicine vocabulary and technical intervention. This series is Grey's Anatomy. This series speaks about doctors inside a hospital, about their evolution according to the seasons, according to their stories of hearts and them patients who are, for the most part of the cases, impressing enough especially towards the end of the season. So series can be a good way of entertainment but it's necessary to know how to be wary it not to damage our social and school life.

I’m not a big fan of series because I don’t like be passive during a long time, this is why I don’t watch series.
I have just watch one series called l’arme fatale it’s a policier series but very fun and with actors very good and funny.

I didn't see much series because I think which they haven't a positive impact on the society, indeed they take place in many episodes for attracting people and make them dependent on the stories, some people live with it and Don't live for the now. But series can have a positive aspect like help a Young people to progress and have a better level in foreign languages at the condition to look the series in English or other language.

This week, we have to talk about series. I’m a personne who prefer watching films, but there is two series that I like. The walking dead and The 100, I saw them alone. But when I’m watching series, I like talk with a person who have saw it, because she could have seen something I would not have seen. Currently, I watch a serie called the rain witch talk about a sickness wich is in the rain. That’s so interesting because when the rain have killed lot of people, we can see how the survivors stay in life. I prefer science fiction or comedy séries. The french series are often bad, so, I watch american series.

First of all, what is a serie it's a work oof television fiction wich takes place in severals parts of a generally equivalent duration, called episode.
The series are for me a good hobby, following a new episode every day is fun:D . For my part, I don't look at many series finally. I'm not much , i happen to watch episodes of each series from time to time but I watch never stay. Before whan I had a little time I was insterested to the love is in the meadow ant the best pastry. I really one serie that I watch every night is "more beautiful life" is a serie near to reality and that's what I like. However, there are more american series than french series. There are Games of Trones in America but in France our series are "Josephine Guardan Angel" it's less attractive. I prefer movies more who have a sequal like for example "Divergente".

Hello everybody, this week we have to talk about series, not the best topic we did, but let’s go.
To start with, you have to know that I don’t watch TV very much so I don’t know a lot of series excepted those that my friends talk about all the time…  
*And YOU who watch series and speaks all the time about it, you have to know that is deadly boring for others who do not know what you are talking about ! (To read with an edge tone    because it’s very annoyed)*
I don’t really know what else to say about this topic that is not my favorite. So I am going to explain you how to make a succulent chocolate cake :
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Grease and line two 20cm/8in sandwich tins.
   1.  For the cake, place all of the cake ingredients, except the boiling water, into a large mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon, or electric whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.
   2.  Add the boiling water to the mixture, a little at a time, until smooth. (The cake mixture will now be very liquid.)
   3.  Divide the cake batter between the sandwich tins and bake in the oven at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack. When cake is cool, dust with confectioners' sugar, or frost with your favorite frosting.

Hi everybody, today we have to talk about series and I have to admit that i not really inspired by this topic bu t i will try to do my best. I enjoy watching series even if i don’t really have the time for this. So… I’m watching the most of the time a science fiction or comedy series. I like for example watch « Doctor Who ». Extraterrestrial 900-year-old, the Doctor is an adventurer who travels through time and space using his ship, the TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space), which, to better adapt to the environment , has the appearance of a telephone booth. The Doctor travels with partners. Together, they make many encounters on the various planets they explore …
I also enjoy to watch « The 100 » where there is more action. To resume, after a man-made nuclear apocalypse in World War III, the 318 survivors surveyed took refuge in space stations and managed to live and reproduce, reaching the number of 4000. But 97 years later, the mother ship, the Ark, is in a sorry state. A hundred young offenders jailed over the years for crimes or betrayals are chosen as guinea pigs by the authorities to go down to Earth and test the chances of survival. Upon their arrival, they discover a new world dangerous but fascinating … Finally this week i beging to watch a new series it’s call « Elite » : Las Encinas is Spain's most competitive and up-to-date school for elite children. It is also in this school that three children of the working class are admitted when their school is destroyed and that the students are then distributed in several establishments. They thought they were lucky ... but maybe they are not that much? The confrontation between those who have everything and those who have nothing is explosive, and will lead to murder. Who is really behind this crime? Is he one of the newcomers? Or is there something darker?

today we talk about series, I don't see many series because I haven't got the time to do. I see just one series, it 's the walking dead and I love this series. I can't really tell about this topics because I don't know what I can say.

Today I speak about series. I watch an episode of series sometimes, but I don’t follow a serie complete because I prefer watch a film or play video games that wacth a serie and watch a complete serie takes a lot of time.

Actually, series don't have any more secrets for me, however the most watched don't interest me, i look for the « gems », unknown.
Indeed, there is so many works which deserve to be recognised and yet in the shadow of famous series.
Furthermore, there is one thing what i can't bear..... the « VF », for a movie i can support, cause action takes place during a short time but in this case, this is several episodes with caracters' evolution and jokes lose all meaning.
Well, each series bring something, build our culture, way of thinking but honestlly...... what better than watch serie, keeping cozy, with a beautiful girl........or milk too.

This Week , we have to talk about series . it’s a great subject for people who watch this , but i’m not this type of man , i never watched a series but i avoid to talk because the people no understand why i do not this in reality it’s first because i have no time for this and also because if i begin one episode i’m scared to became addict and i don’t want to this

This week we must talk about series so this topic is a little bit tricky for me because I don't watch series at all.I just watch only one serie witch is "The Walking Dead" in VOSTFR obviously to learn english.
I don't know if we can call that series but I like to watch japanese anime a lot.It's like a serie with a lot of episodes etc... but it's only animation indeed, the actors just make the voices of the caracters. The animation take as far as a serie to product because it's very long to make an animation the designer must drawn all the pictures so I's a very long process.

So about series, i watch a lot of different series, that's why I will give you only my top 3 :
3 - La Casa de Papel, because it was a robbery original
2 - Elite, interesting because it show us a school of future politician with conflicts quite ridiculous
1 - Game of Thrones, the best serie EVER.
To finish, series is pretty cool way to disconnect when you have big days or when you're sick, but the problem is you become addict and sometimes you can't stop watching episodes.

For me, watching series allows we to have a good time, to distract yourself. But for me, the disadvantage is when we arrive at the end of an episode, we absolutely want to know more. I do not watch a lot of serie, I watched «  vampires diaries ». I loved this series, I would have wanted other seasons. Then my sister advised me to watch "la casa del papel" but I do not like movies with weapons. One day right after the baccalaureate, I started watching an episode and then watched the two seasons in three days. I'm looking forward to the season three so.

The series ceaselessly growing with the emergence of new resolutions (4 K), new TVs, but also through global serie platforms like Netflix. Series are a relatively common pastime because they allow to spend good time inside. The main advantages of the serie
- You can watch it at any season (especially in winter)
- There is a huge diversity of genre (fantasy, thriller, humoristic, horror ...) that helps to capture the attention from a maximum of people.
The main world-famous series are Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, Vikings, Prison Break... What arouses audiences is first of all a good synopsis (worked, inventive, new...) that is the base of a good serie. The acting, the settings and the music are also fundamental because they allow to bury the viewer into the series.

However, the series also have many disadvantages. They are often perceived as addictive and too long. For example Game of Thrones has currently 7 seasons for 67 episodes, so by doing a little maths and taking an average of 50 mins per episode, we get a total of 3350 mins namely 56 hours. In addition, some people see the series as a way to deafen the society, to prevent them from thinking properly. Accordingly, some people prefer watching series than practicing sports or going out on a sunny day. In the same way certain series are too violent and can shock the young public (in spite of the warning of age limit). Finally, series are also a main factor of obesity especially in the US because people stay in their sofa while eating poorly (chips, fast food, sodas ...) and don't practice sports.

Personally I don't watch a lot of series. I have nevertheless watched the most famous: Game of Thrones that I like a lot, The Walking dead and the first season of Vikings.

hi, for this week i'm gonna talk about series...
I know it's something very important for many people because it allows them to relax and think about something else than classes or working, and i can understand that. But personally i prefer a good movie rather a serie. Because series take a lot of time and have an addict effect on you. For the few series i saw (The walking Dead, The 100 and La Casa De Papel), i know that the most difficult thing is to choose a new serie to start when you have just finished the previous one... everyone knew this moment :')...

For this week, the subject is about tv series, so obviously i am going to talk about tv series. To start off i would like to say that i watch lots of different series, i love them and it would be way too long to talk about all the series i have watched so instead i am going to talk about one of my favorite ones which is 13 reasons why. It is the story of a girl in university called Anna Baker who took her own life and left behind 13 cassette tapes which had a reason why she killed herself on them. As the series goes on we find out what horrible things happened to her and who was to blame for her death, you will have to watch it to find out more!
I loved this series because it talks about sensitive and serious events that happen in the world and people do not talk about them enough. Even though sometimes it is hard to watch it may help some viewers who could be going through the same thing reach out to others and find help so they don’t end up with the same fate.
I would recommend this series to everyone because it is an eye-opener to all, and people may realise that someone could be going through the same problems and be able to act before it is too late.

I used to watch series all the time even a few at the same time! I would spend entire days in front of a netflix during the hollidays... But the I realized that I was wasting time from my life looking at a little screen (very sad right ?) So nowadays I don't really have time to watch shows but there are a few that I still like to watch. My favorite show is, and always has been Chicago fire ! I've been watching it for years religiously every thursday night! I also from time to time watch various series on netflix that are getting a lot of attention like La casa de papel or rick and morty but that is pretty much it for me. I prefer spending the rest of my time sleeping or doing something more productive.

hello, I watch from series time to time series. I like to watch series because they are evolutive, is not like a movie or we will finish in two hours, we know the suspense, the appreantion and the desire to see the next episode or even the next season. The one I watched her Teen Wolf and the Casa de Papel, the others I did not look at them completely.

In my life I do not look at too much series. I more am to look at movies. I know some series known as Prison Break, la casa de papel... I do not manage to be in a series completely of the beginning till the end and especially I have not netflix thus I can look at it not too much even if in streaming there is I not on the opposite page not too much some series are interesting but I consider just at trailer and I do not manage to find them

So the topic is the television series. For my part, i often watch the series on Netflix especially when I don’t know what to do at night on weekends or during trips. On Netflix, i watch my series with the officials voices because it’s more exciting and informative. I watch different type of series, I really like the series on historical facts. At the moment it’s Narcos which is a series recounting the life of the Colombian Pablo Escobar one of the biggest narco-trafficker in history. Or  the hispanic series like « La casa de papel », « Elite » and italian series like « Suburra ». The television series take an important place of my time since it relaxes me and it allows to learn more or less good vocabulary on languages such as English, Spanish, or Italian.

so we have to talk about the series there are more and more series and I often look on netflix I did the series that are best known as the walking dead or prison break! I also love the series that come out of the ordinary and the one based on real facts. I watch the olus often series on holidays or weekends.

So, i'm going to speak about my favorite serie, "The Shannara Chronicles " that last 2 seasons. Then i love "Sanctuary" that last 4 seasons and i also like "SHerlock Holmes" with Benedict Cumberbatch. And that's all, i don't like the basicaly series like "Game Of Thrones" "The 100" or again "The Walking Dead" because it's so boring to watch same things as all.
I prefere watching movies, that's why i'm going to speak about Movies trilogy. I'm a big fan of all univert Marvel, and my favorite superhero of the univert is Thor, the god of thunder. But i also like "the Lord of the Ring" and "the Hobbit", all the "Harry Potter" like all.

series are the thigs who make you be alone on your bed during long hours .
i prefer series as movies because of the characters are more presented whe know better their mind and their history .
my favorit kind of series are super heros series or medieval series like GoT or viking
i don't realy know what say aboud series so i will stop this topic now and go on netflix
