Saintes triathlon week 2 and week 3.

During this 2 last week, there were no duathlon or triathlon. But there were many running races like a trail in Mortagne sur Gironde. In Mortagne, there were 2 different distances: the 16 km and the 30km. In Tnnay boutonne was an other run, a 8 km. Many triathlete participated to this to race.

Yes i run the 16 km in Mortagne, it was difficult.

I run the 16 km in approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
