The cake is really light beacuse it's mainly puff pastry it's one of his good point but because of that it's dry quick. You need to finish the cake in one week fot the puff pastry to be good because when he dry is more compact and i like it less.

The final point it's because we eat this a lot in family diner when we come back to see my grand parent. So it's like the cake of the holidays and a cake of memory for me.
