Australia, in long form the Commonwealth of Australia, is a country in the southern hemisphere whose area covers most of Oceania. In addition to the eponymous island, Australia also includes Tasmania as well as other islands in the Southern, Pacific and Indian Oceans. Neighboring nations include Indonesia, East Timor and Papua New Guinea to the north, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and the French territory of New Caledonia to the northeast, New Zealand to the southeast and the French territory of the Kerguelen Islands west of the Australian islands Heard and McDonald.
While in recent times fires in Australia have destroyed 11.2 million hectares according to the update on Monday, Australian firefighters have announced that they have successfully brought under control the most important "mega-fire" in the country which was out of control for almost three months. Now, the huge blaze that consumed the mountainous area of Gospers, unhindered, northwest of the Sydney suburbs, is confined.

Australia is a commonwealth country located in the southern hemisphere in Oceania. There are many animal and plant species unique to this part of the globe. But currently Australia knows a very important natural disaster namely a gigantic fire. It has been going on for several months and the figures speak for themselves. 1.25 billion animals death, 26 men death, 10.3 million hectares decimated. Man is still unable to overcome it and this is a real problem at the international level.

Australia is part of Oceania. It's a beautiful place that I would love to visit but the devastation caused by the fires is impressive and makes millions of species disappear...but I would love to spend a year there for language and rugby.

Australia is a country and continent surrounded by the Indian and Pacific oceans. Its capital is called Canberra.
Australia has been fighting the worst fires in its history for four months now, and this has been exacerbated by climate change. Nearly 55,000 kilometres of forests have gone smoke. Since this morning, the rain has fallen on the fires in Australia, which may have encouraged the hard work of the firefighters.
All these fires in Australia, in America, but also in the south of France during the heat waves are due to global warming, are due to all the mess that we put on earth, and that we do with our resources. We have to fix this!

australia is a country and continent located between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. Its capital is Camberra and unlike other major cities in the country, it is located inland. The Sydney Opera House is known throughout the world as well as the Great Barrier Reef, the dry deserts and the kangaroos. The very dry heat wave climate has led to some very large fires across the country in recent weeks. At least 28 dead, hundreds of properties burned down, thousands of square kilometres burned down, tens of thousands of people evacuated, not to mention the animals killed, and billions of euros in economic losses. Fortunately, heavy rains finally began to fall in the south-eastern part of the autarchy after months under fire. These rains helped the fire brigades in their fight against the flames. 2019 was the hottest and driest year in Australia since records began. December 18 was the hottest day on record, with a national average maximum temperature measured at 41.9°C.

The Australia’s area covers most of Oceania. The population populated, by 25 million inhabitants, is mainly concentrated in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne ... This city attracts me a lot, and I would like to visit it for a long time.
Water sports are hugely popular in Australia, such as swimming, surfing and life saving. Australia is the country of origin of this last cited sport. They organize a national championship as important as those of football in Europe.
Currently, many fires are occurring in Australia. Normally this only happens in Spring or in summer. But this year, they were numerous and very violent. The first were declared in September. There are more than 3 million hectares on fire and at least a third of the koalas victims of the fires. Since September, nearly 30% of the koalas in New South Wales have disappeared in flames.

Australia is a country in Oceania, in the Indian Ocean. This is a place where I would like to go because of the beaches and the seas but the strange animals and insects scare me. I could visit Sydney and his Opera
But today, this place is damaged by wildfire. Some fires have been turn off by the rain this week but this is not enough. The cause of this is probably the dry weather and the high temperatures
There are at least 28 dead people 3 000 homes are destroyed and 100 000m2 of the country are damage. There is also more than 100 000 000 killed animals.

Australia is a country in the southern hemisphere, covering most of Oceania.
Since independence, Australia has maintained a stable liberal democracy-style political system and remains a parliamentary monarchy member of the Commonwealth of Nations. The national language is English and the currency the Australian dollar. Its capital is Canberra, located in the Australian Capital Territory. Its population, estimated at 25.2 million.
I would like to go to Australia to visit the country and discover its culture , then enrich my English.

First Australia is a country and continent surrounded by the Indian and Pacific oceans. The country is known for the Sydney Opera House, the Great Barrier Reef, its large wild and desert expanses called the Outback, and its unique animal species such as the kangaroo and the platypus. But at the moment Australia is experiencing terrible natural disasters such as storms or fires which can destroy little by little the fauna and scourge.
In fact, we were able to count around thirty dead, probably at least a billion animals killed, and 80,000 square kilometers of charred land.

I'm not going to explain what is Australia of course. I don't know many things about Australia, a friend say that australians have a funny accent.
I know two australian actors, Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley, who played in the serie, The 100.
Otherwise, I know there are many fires currently in this country, fires that are killing animals, forests, people...
We have to do something for the planet, nor only for Australia.
These two actors made T-shirt to gain money to help fight these fires.

I always love Australia, for me that an amazing country with a lot of beautiful animals as kangaroos, koalas, spiders, snakes, etc.
What appening on theses lands is terrible, an all country is burning, but no one in this world seams to feel fear or anything else about it, whatever, no one among those who can change things, and for me, that the most painfull point

Today Australia is destroyed by the fires which have spread and which have burned 5 million hectares. In these completely destroyed hectares there are homes, 26 people dead and more than 1.25 million animals also died. The expected heavy rains have finally arrived in parts of Australia. Several fires located in the east of this huge country have been extinguished. But some fires out of control continue to burn.

Australia, officially the Commonwealth of Australia, is a sovereign country comprising the mainland of the Australian continent, the island of Tasmania, and numerous smaller islands. It is the largest country in Oceania and the world's sixth-largest country by total area. The population of 26 million is highly urbanised and heavily concentrated on the eastern seaboard. Australia's capital is Canberra, and its largest city is Sydney.

The actuality of Australia is horrifying. Indeed because of the global warming a fire has started Australia is being ravaged by the worst wildfires seen in decades, with large swaths of the country devastated since the fire season began in late July.
At least 28 people have died nationwide, and in the state more than 3,000 homes have been destroyed or damaged. State and federal authorities are struggling to contain the massive blazes, even with firefighting assistance from other countries, including the United States.
It is 24 million acres of Australia that have burned. But the destruction to the country’s land and biodiversity is harder to fathom. An estimated 1 billion animals have been lost, and scientists fear long-term damage. Humans can also be to blame. NSW police have charged at least 24 people with deliberately starting bushfires, and have taken legal action against 183 people for fire-related offenses since November.

The first inhabitants of Australia were the Aborigines, who arrived about 50,000 years ago.
This large island has an area of 7,669,551 km²
Australia is therefore positioned as the 6th country in the world and also the largest island in the world. There are, however, three major climatic zones:
- North of the tropical zone,
- inland the arid zone,
- to the south the temperate zone.

A few weeks ago Australia was on fire. This is due to several factors but mainly global warming. The fire caused millions of species of dead and missing animals. That is why several funds were raised to help this country.
