I had nothing to do during my week-end so I decided to train myself to practise freeruning and parkour. Saturday morning I started my training with jumping, running and climbing on a lot of walls and during the afternoon I began to do acrobatics jumps like somersaults. Then I phoned a friend who is a freerunner to ask him if I wanted to come with me at night to practise freerunning. He saids yes so we went in an unfrequented place to train ourself on roofs.
