My week and my weekend Empty My week and my weekend

This week I was not running because I have a lot of work . Thursday night I was driving BNSSA and I had a big cramp and now I have a contracture. I had to do a cross triathlon in the game today but I can not ! So I spend my day working and I watch some rugby ! Besides the France last night was really bad !
I hope your week is to spend ? on Tuesday ! Good bye and good afternoon ! Very Happy

Sorry that your weekend was so bad (like the French rugby team). I hope that you recover in time for the marathon.
