hello this week i do very hard train witch 2 hours fridays, i have big ache saturday i do little train and sunday a new train witch my friends brice ( this is one of the menber of my team in saintes) and i have created a little project of workout like do a train in the street in angouleme and more .... and big project "insane street workout " cheers

Next semester you have to create a video for Staps English perhaps yours can be a street workout.
