Rowing in Cognac Quentin Auguin

I practice Rowing since 7 years in Cognac Yacht Rowing Club. The rowing club was created in 1874.
I am in senior category, actually i don't have competitions but i have only test for the federation like footing test and ergometer test.
I train 4 or 5 time a week. The season-ending goal is to participate in the France Championships.

Cognac is a great rowing club. I have a friend whose son used to row there and was in the French Championships. He doesn't row now but perhaps you know him even though he's older than you. Gaetan Douvier.

Yes, is a great rowing club. I think I know who is it. But i go to rowing club just a friday and a weekend so i can't see everbody.

This weekend we have a compétition at St Livarde, but she has been canceled because of floods. So we stay at cognac and we was training all the weekend.

This weekend, i had training on saturday afternoon. I rowed in 4 during 14km and after i run during 10min.
I had training Sunday morning too, i rowed in 8 during 16km.

Are you nromally in a 4 or 8 (or 2)?
