In episodes 13 14 we follow the grandfather, there are some events but not very important in the series, it is more to distract the televiewer to the finished with the episode 15 which is last ones episodes, indeed in it last one episodes we follow uncle ruckus, the handyman in the district which dreams about a life of "white" about a good life Or he is accepted even if is black.
Between all these episodes we know it more on the agent who follows huey, indeed it is an American secret agent of the services who follows huey, because the State thinks that huey is a threat for the government and that it is necessary to keep an eye on him.

What enormously surprised me and what please me in this series cartoon, it is that we manage to mix the satiric, the humor, and the truth through a cartoon. What I chiefly appreciated(estimated) it is the fact that I recognize myself in this series, I like very much joking by satirizing things, it is maybe for it that I like this series.
