TOEIC Exam

If you wish to take the TOEIC exam in Angouleme this year the session is at the IUT on the 23rd March. The price is subsidised by the university and will cost you 45 euros.

I need to send a list of names as soon as possible so that the copies can be ordered early in March. The cheques need to be at the IUT for the 6th March which means we need to get them to Sandrine before then.

Can any of you wishing to do the TOEIC confirm so in this thread please. Can whoever sees this thread first let everyone else know in class in case I forget to say anything (however unlikely that is) next Monday.

Taking the TOEIC is not obligatory but it does mean something to companies on your CV.

Can we pass the TOEIC from next September or in coming months ?

I think we need to work hard in order to be well prepared. I'm not sure we'll have a lot of times to prepare the TOIEC in March.

There are normally a few spaces for the TOEIC in November/December and of course you can do the TOEIC anywhere. However there are not many opportunities to do it in Angouleme and privately it costs a lot more than 45 euros.

I'd like to do the TOEIC ! I'll give to Sandrine my cheque next week.

I'm not in a position to do, so this year, but I find it very good that the university subsidizes us.

The IUT needs the cheques for the 6th March, so it would be better to give them to Sandrine before Friday then she can send them onto the IUT. They will not be cashed until you take the test.

In this case, I will wait to pass it in November or December. I don't have enough time to prepare it now.

I already have it, so maybe I will wait until next year to take it again.
