Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hello everyone
North Korea is a country where the information hardly filter so it's almost impossible to now what is real of what is false. But one thing remain true; it's one of the harshest and objectionable dictatorship of the world. Its leaders never hesitate to show to the rest of the world their hard power through their army, missile and all others joyousness like that.
The saddest is the poorness of the population and their inhuman life's condition.

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hi everybody,
I have tried to read several articles on the possible nuclear war between Korea and the United States and according to several specialists, Korea would not be able to reach the United States. Their bearing would be insufficient.
On the other hand it would be able to touch their neighbors, ie Japan and South Korea.
It is estimated that a nuclear missile, if it falls in Seoul, could alone kill 500,000 people, and 500,000 more than the fires.
Scary!

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hello,
Almost everyone knows North Korea as a reclusive and isolated country, with a dictatorial regime known for its brutality and censorship. Like many other communist-leaning regimes around the world, people are starving and the government's total control over the means of production makes them ineffective. Therefore, the development of weapons of mass destruction, such as nuclear warheads or chemical weapons, is essential in the regime's strategy to survive. This strategy is very dangerous for the stability of the region, and even for the claims of the DPRK to possess intercontinental missiles are true. At some point in the future, diplomatic solutions are being exhausted. It is reasonable to be afraid that this path leads to war in the Far East.

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hi everybody, to me north korea is a beautiful country with magnificent landscapes, wonderful places, such a great democracy... wait, wrong country. Concerning the landscapes nobody knows because photography is forbidden there. To talk about north korea I decided to use only what i know and not wikipedia, that represent almost nothing, but i know that the president of the united states, Donald Trump, is calling the leader of north korea "rocketman". To me, it is a very funny nickname, what is wonderful with this name is that Donald made me laugh for the first time! About the leader, kim jong un, i know that he wants to blow up almost everybody except himself. There is such a nice parodic song on youtube by rucka rucka ali. Search it and you will laugh too.
Have a good night, sorry about the timing

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hi everybody, it was possible to consider that North Korea became a country with less and less international conflict. But, since Trump was elected, the dangerousness of the country increased. Indeed, none of both countries wants to give in to blackmail. So, the United States and North Korea match with threat and application oh these threat as the North Korean nuclear test in the United in September. North Korea is probably the next country with the nuclear weapon and with the madness of the dictator, the threats which seemed to reduce, increase at the same time that the nuclear deterrent of the country.

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
I find North Korea's situation really worrying. Despite threats of Kim Jong-Un, i don't understand that international organizations and the most poweerfull countries in the world have not found solutions to help North Korea's people. Because this dictatorship didn't appear recently but is set for a while.

Re: Week 3 - North Korea
Hello everyone!
Our theme of discussion is North Korea. And what do we know and may say about Democratic People's Republic of Korea?
This is country isolated from the whole world with their rights, a radical methods and without democracy.
All of this looks like the latest version of Soviet Union: Strict Leader, Atheism, Autarky(closed economy), common standard etc. Think it over.
There were Stalin and Lenin in Soviet Union, and now there is Kim Jong-un. All of them may put to death and send to the link people who interfere their plan. And it passed and pass openly.
You have to trust in your government, in your country. God doesn't exist. Your belief belongs to your Leader.
All national currency must be in country. As economist, it's necessary to say that it will lead to depreciation of money = inflation. This is reason why population isn’t able to buy a real property, car and sometimes a bicycle.
All people wear the same thing, all people have the same interior in house. Politics is all people are alike, all people are equal.
On the one hand it’s possible to understand government. NK and SU decided to protect their nation in this way.
On the other hand it's not normal. That's all.
