Serie : Lucifer

« Lucifer » is about the devil who decides to leave hell and takes a holyday in LA. LA is the city of all the madness and it just seems the perfect place for Lucifer. He buys a night club and flees from his responsibilities and duties for just party every day and enjoy life. But, one day, his friend is killed in front of him and he decides to find the murderer to punish him. The detective Chloe Decker is in charge of the case and tries to get rid of Lucifer. But, the guy just does whatever he wants and doesn’t hesitate to use the hard way to get what he wants. However, Lucifer becomes very useful in the case… First, Chloe just think is completely insane, but he’s the devil, so he knows better than everybody how murderer thinks. In addition, he has a special power that causes people to admit their deepest desires. With the help of Lucifer, Chloe solves the case and find the murderer. They form a team and Lucifer becomes the LAPD civilian consultant.

I'm watching the season three and i will summarize this season. So, if you want to watch this serie without any spoilers watch the first two seasons before reading my summaries

Episode 1: The season 3 begins with Lucifer who wakes up in the middle of the desert with his wings back. He asks the help of Chloe to help figure out who kidnapped him. Upon doing their own research, they come across a crime scene that could be tied to Lucifer's kidnapping. On the other hand, the newcomer Lieutenant Marcus Pierce fails to make a great impression in the LAPD with his stern demeanor.

Episode 2 : Lucifer is obsess to tracking down the Sinnerman, a famous criminal which would be involved in his kidnapping and the re-emergence of his wings. After he removes his wings, his therapist Linda's worried about him. Tensions appear between Lucifer and Chloe, but they realize they must put their differences aside to solve the case. They also discover that the Sinnerman is connected to detective Pierce's past...

Episode 3 : This episode focussed on the character of Maze. She's a demon and she serves Lucifer. But, in this episode Maze realizes that she looking for more out of life and decides to head to Canada for a new case. However, Chloe is affraid for Maze. The case involved a scheming conman and Maze could be disappointed.

Episode 4 : A youth counselor of a high-end program is found murdered. Chloe and Lucifer try to find the killer. Meanwhile, Amenadiel, an angel, wants to help his brother Lucifer. He decides to copy Lucifer's lifestyle to understand him better.

Episode 5 : Chloe and Lucifer investigate into the murder of a food chemist. In this episode, Charlotte Richards, a criminal defense attorney, is back. Everyone is caught off guard by her return. She regrets her past acts and she wants to make amends.

Episode 6 : Lucifer discovers that his ex-wife Candy has gone missing. He decides to search her to Las Vegas with Ella, a scientist who works with the police. Meanwhile, Chloe is upset that Lucifer left on her birthday.

Episode 7 : This episode focused on Linda's ex-husband. He seeks revenge after he discovers  that Lucifer has been sleeping with his ex-wife. He's a reporter and decides to find Lucifer's weakness to use it against him. At the end of the episode, he hires a serial killer to kill Lucifer but he turns against him and poison him.

Episode 8 : Chloe and Lucifer investigate on a murder which seems connected to a celebrity dating app. This episode is really interesting because it's about the dangers of social networking sites. Meanwhile, Amenadiel helps helps Linda deal with the death of her ex-husband.

Episode 9 : Lucifer falls into a trap created by the Sinnerman. Maze finds him but decides to release him only if he listen to her. Indeed, she finds that Linda and Amenadiel got closer. Linda is her best friend and Amenadiel her ex and she doesn't know if she's ok with this new relationship. After his release, Lucifer confronts the Sinnerman. But, the criminal blinds himself to prevent Lucifer from using his power and know his deepest desires.
