Internship

We are one month from the beginning of the internship and I wondered if everyone had found ! Who found his internship ? If that is the case, what's your business? The place ? And what are your missions ?

For my part, I found an internship at Philips Lighting as Assistant Product Manager ! I'm very happy ! It's a big company and I have a lot of missions like benchmarking, launch of products, development of sales support tools ... And there is operational marketing. I'm happy because I've never done that before ! My internship in M1 was also as Assistant Product Manager but in a training organization. So, I find it's interesting to discover the job in a new sector with missions in operational marketing. I went to the premises and it's huge ! The head office are in Suresnes, in Paris (92). I can't wait to start but I'm a little stressed ! I hope everything will go well !

At the beginning, I wanted to go into the food sector and make packaging. Finally, I'm in the lights but I think I'll learn a lot from this internship !

Just a month before the start, it will happen very quickly ...

It starts in just 1 month, it is too early.. I have the impression that I did not enjoy enough the time spend in Angouleme .. It was amazing to be here

For my part, for my internship I will be in Bel Group in the same city as Angélique in Suresnes (92). I will be in charge of two brands : La Vache qui rit, and Kiri as an Assistant Product Manager. I'm happy with this internship and I hope it will be nice because I'm here to learn an experience to start my carrier in good conditions !

I also found my internship as assistant product manager. I'm going to work for a brand of flour: Francine. The head office is located near Paris. I will have a lot of missions : launch of products, analyse of the market, development of new packagings... I started my internship in December because I met the past trainee. It was very cool and I can't wait to start my internship.

It will be very cool because many of us will be in Paris so we could organize events in Paris to see each other.



But... I'm sad because our student's life is almost finished....

I've found mine at Asmodee Digital, in digital marketing.
Asmodee is specialised in the development of board games, with very well-known games such as 'Le loup Garou', 'Mille bornes' 'Dobble'... And the digital branch develop the digital versions of these board games, which means the mobile and PC versions of 'Mille bornes' 'Dobble' and so on..
I'll be working on these digital versions, doing app store optimization, analysis, benchmarking.. And I think it's gonna be great

What about accommodation? Do you have friends or family in Paris or do you have to find somewhere to stay? Will you share? How much will it cost and is accommodation covered by your internship?

80% of us will go to Paris this year!

Personally, I will go to the Edgewell Personal Care group for the Wilkinson brand, for the position of assistant product manager for men's shaving in the France, Italy and Spain markets.

I found an internship in Beijing. The company is devoted to studying Chinese traditional culture. I really like the company's products, it is China's intangible cultural heritage. The Chinese dolls which show the Chinese traditional characters, figures and Chinese Opera. I will work for the product and brand. My mission also includes helping companies to open up foreign markets. So English and French are very important for my future work. My job is long-term, that is, after I graduate, I will remain with the company. There are many things I need to improve in the field of culture. I will work hard!

I'm very lucky, I don't have to find a flat in Paris. I will go to Alexander's flat . We'll change because his flat is too small for two, but for the beginning, it will be perfect. It's very hard to find an accomodation in Paris so I wish you a lot of luck ...

I think you found a good internship. The missions are great and you will learn a lot. I'm glad that your company is located on Paris ... because mine as well. I'm interning at "Beautigloo". It's a company that isn't yet on the market. It offers products related to cosmetics. This is an area that interests me, since my internship at Sephora. The salair isn't the best but I'm happy with the missions, that the company offers me so I'm happy. But, we can discuss it on Paris when the internship will begin.
The companies on Paris are in great demand this year and we are all going, finally almost all, to find us together onPparis. that's great. I can't wait to start my internship and find you in Paris.

No I don't have anyone in Paris ... I'm looking for housing, especially student residences. But everything is complete.. It's really hard to find. We can find really expensive rents for few square meters. I saw a rent at 700 € for 10 square meters in student residence ! It's crazy ! I hope to be called by a residence if a place becomes free. Otherwise, I would find an apartment with an owner. After the problem of finding an internship, there is the problem of finding a home. And for 6 months I would like to have comfortable apartment.. With the minimum and a furnished apartment ! Because I haven't got furniture ! I have always been in student housing with furniture ! Another three weeks. Maybe I will found before the internship starts! I hope !

I got my internship in November & im going to start in 2 weeks ! Time flies !!!
I'll be in the headoffice of Carrefour France, in Massy - Paris, as a Project Manager in Packaging.

So for my part i got my internship just before christmas. At first i thought i won't be able to get it for a question of date because they wanted me for the 1st of February..but they agreed to wait for me So i will begin my internship on February, 19th at StudioCanal (a subsidiary of the CANAL+ Group) and my job will consist in doing licensing and managing parternships... and nearly everything will be related to movies and TV series

To answer your question John, yes i have family in Paris. Though i won't leave with them, they have helped me for my accommodation since my uncle was the person who visited the accommodation i am going to rent for my internship. It's a student residence 500meters away from my internship, it costs 550 euros (excluding charges) for 14 square meters. And yes my accommodation is covered by the money i am going to earn for my internship even though i found the reservation price too expensive (645euros).

And to answer your question John, I have no family, no friends, no home.... Homeless and hopeless.

I'm the last student who found the internship, it will be at Paris near to Saint-Denis, the name of the company is On Entertainment which made cartoons or movies for kids. I will work as a Licencing coordinator so I will speak english in a big part of my internship, I hope it will be good and I will succeed this period. I am excited to begin my internship but also I'm a little bit affraid about the end of my student life...

I was also in the last to find an internship, in the end it was stressful to say that the dead line was approaching and that we were not much to look for! now I am relieved !!
