Charles Aznavour

Charles Aznavour was a big french singer. His career began in 1946. Since that her recorded almost 1200 songs in different languages like French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Armenian. He wrote songs for himself and sometimes to the others. He wrote one of the most famous Hit of Johnny Halliday " Retiens la nuit" in 1961. He is one of famous singer known out of France. When he was a teenager he wanted to become an actor.
During the 2nd World War his family hid Armenians and Jews people. In the 60' he wrote some huge Hits like "La Bohème" ( 1965) , "emmenez moi" (1967).
Charles Aznavour has died the 1st October at the age of 94. A national tribute was made for him in " La cours de invalides" in Paris.
