Autonomous work - Hanging Gardens and Tower of Babel
Hello everyone,
This week, I've decided to travel in the ancient world with the article below.
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2005/jan/15/iraq.arts
Here is the menu of the trip
Enjoy
Hanging Gardens of Babylon are one of the most mystic city among the seven wonders of the ancient world.
Acknowledged for its splendor and beauty, this city was also the fief of sorcery, treachery, and strange pagan practices.
According to Greek geographers, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon was an architectural masterpiece with an ingenious mechanism of irrigating trees, built by Nebuchadnezzar for his homesick wife, who came from the wooded mountainous Mesopotamia.
It was set as a monument for Nebuchadnezzar’s God and his own magnificence as well.
For ages, the Gardens site was never identified. The ziggurat is the only piece of the whole monument which remains. It is supposed to represent the origin of the Tower of Babel. So many mysteries still feed our unsatisfying curiosity.

Re: Autonomous work - Hanging Gardens and Tower of Babel
I would love to have been able to build my wife a Hanging Garden. I hope that she was impressed.
