Training in the mud
Last weekend,
I was riding on the Surgères's motocross track. The weather was unfortunately not among us... Despite the weather, I was still able to run and work that I needed on the bike. I work hard turns because it's one of my weak points... As in the afternoon, I went better and better turns despite the mud.
At the end of the day, I have improved my lap time of a few seconds.
The day ended on a good note, since my father was proud of me.

A ray of sunshine on the La Couronne's track
This weekend,
I was riding on the La Couronne's motocross track. The weather predicted rain for this weekend, however, Sunday we had the right to a ray of sunshine! The training took place in good conditions although the track is slightly damaged.
I first started with a small session of 15min. This allowed me to find the right traces and put me in the mood for after the workout.
Then, I followed up on a 25min session on an intense pace. I then rested about 30 minutes, and I again followed with another session of 25min on an intense pace.
I again finished the workout on a good note. My dad was happy with my work for the day on my endurance to hold 25min on a high pace.

Muddy training, happy training?
This weekend, I trained side Civray, Ruffec above.
It was a track rather typed "supercross" as they say in the world of motorcycling, which means that it is a land with a short track with a lot of jumps. The afternoon took place as it should, over the hours passed and I jumped the jumps. Some parts of the track were flooded with the rain there had all week.
This type of track allows to work hard physically because the supercross is a very intense discipline.

Re: Training in the mud
After the rain when the ground is wet, what difference does it make to you and how you have to ride the bike?
WE fully motocross
Last week, my training was held on Saturday in Paussac's motocross track, in the Dordogne (24). The track was really nice. It was the first time I was riding. The afternoon was successful. Over the track towers, I improved my times.
On Sunday , I again rolled. This time, it was the side of Tuzie (near Ruffec). It was testing the 2015 enduro racing TM brand and BETA. It was great! The mark of my bike is Yamaha. It was interesting to try a different brand of mine.
It was a very good WE!

Re: Training in the mud
It's much more difficult to roll in the mud! This is much more technical. Physical play a lot in these conditions because it's enormously challenging to keep the bike in the mud. The adhesion of the track makes it very easy to fall, or lose the front in a turn...
