Today I wanted to talk about sports injuries as a starting point for this APA. Sports injuries... a necessary evil
Many people return to sport without thinking too much about what it involves. One day they start running or cycling again in the hope of improving their physical condition or health. It's a laudable goal, and many of them are inclined to suffer a little in the hope of making some worthwhile gains - after all, nothing comes easy... But do you have to suffer from sports injuries when you return to physical activity? The answer is no.
Sport has a paradoxical side: it is undeniably good for your health, but it is also a source of physical ailments that motivate a large number of medical consultations. However, many of these visits could be avoided if certain preventive measures or medical resources were used.
However, it is not obvious to treat all wounds. There is not only one way to treat sports injuries. Each type of injury has its own characteristics, to which the management and treatment modalities must be adapted. It should be noted that some health professionals specialise in sports medicine: doctors (e.g. orthopaedic surgeons or general practitioners), physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, etc.
Many people do not seek medical attention when they have a sports injury. However, the outcome of a sports injury depends, among other things, on the speed of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it is best to consult a health care professional as soon as possible who is able to diagnose and properly manage the injury.
It should be noted that not all sports injuries require a medical consultation. Those that are minor (e.g., blisters or mild aches and pains) can sometimes be resolved over time and/or with care provided at home. Your pharmacist can advise you on what to do in the event of a minor sports injury.
I myself have suffered a lot of sports injuries, often due to fatigue and physical relaxation. It is important not to neglect muscular strengthening and medical follow-up. for sportsmen and women with 15 hours of foot sports per week all year round, for high-level sportsmen and women or even extreme sportsmen and women who like to exercise without competition. follow-up in kinesitherapy or osteology is INEVITABLE or the athlete's sense of smell, especially with competition failures or stressful situations in which mistakes quickly happen.

Today I wanted to talk about disappearances. And yes it may sound rather strange but I love to listen to stories of disappearances, not because I like people to disappear but because I find that they are not forgotten stories. Stories of disappearance need to be told so that future generations will be more aware and prudent, but also in the hope that one day a witness will recognise someone or even realise that someone is being kindapped right in front of them and that they must intervene. It is also necessary to keep the memory of missing people alive, but also to inform as many people as possible so that they will have more chance of finding them. I am a big fan of the Youtube channel of a Quebec woman named Victoria Charlton who does a lot of research and tells the stories of families torn apart by kidnapping. I think her videos are great and I've seen that a lot of the stories are not simple kidnappings but kidnappings for the purpose of murder, organ or human trafficking. these videos show us that such stories are not only in the movies but also in real life, what an abomination. at a time when the TV news only talks about the Coronavirus how many missing persons remain untraceable??
