Raclette and weather.

Raclette is a dish that perfectly matches the winter weather to my taste. It represents warmth, family gatherings and celebrations. Just talking about it feels like December. The only problem with that is that this dish is very, very greasy. To follow a diet in December it is then for the most determined people.
