This weekend took place the trail of Saint jean de monts, my club of triathlon. I went there to show the colors of the club on the podium, mission made a success because I finish the first one with another athlete of the club. The trail is a event of running in the middle of nowhere, with bumps. A little as a cross but in more hard.Here there was ten kilometers to be made, and we were five hundred at first.
