My favorite movie

I'd like to talk about the film Invictus and summarize it.

Invictus is a film produced by Clint Eastwood and release in theaters in 2010 in France. This movies takes place in South Africa, in 1994, after the election of Nelson Mandela. This election marks the end of the apartheid even if this country divided on the economic and racial plan. It's the beginning of a new era and the president must be able to realize the desires of the blacks without stressing the fears of the whites. His speech seem impossible : forgive and not give in to the vengeance. A question aries then for the president : how govern two groups so different ? One of the answers of Mandela it's rugby and particularly the world cup. Indeed, to unify the country and give every citizen a pride motive, Mandela bet on sport. He is going to meet the capitain of the modest South Africa team of rugby, one year before teh competition. Thanks to it, the president be going to participate in the management of their preparation until the tournament. We see that they lean in between the two mans, they aim at a common goal : serve South Africa. Madndela be going to understand that the sport can be more important than political affairs.

I have particulary like this movie, because it shows us that the sport has an important reach in our daily life. Through tis one, we note taht this discipline made a success to gather two peoples, who tore for their skin color. So, a fundamental value, according to me, is shown in Invictus : the necessity of a cohesion of group, without taking into account prejudices which we can have.
