Never back down

Jake follows his brother and her mother, left settling down to Orlando in Florida. He has just stopped the American football, because he is too impulsive and too violent. However, the video of its last fight circulates on the Internet and draws the attention of Ryan McCarthy, full rich young person of his person and champion of MMA. The latter proposes to Jake a fight. By pride, Jake accepts but loses the round.
He decides then to learn to fight with Jean Roqua, a strange coach who never leaves his room of training. Jake falls in love with the girlfriend of Ryan, Baja. Irritated, Ryan wants at all costs to face Jake again, this time in competition for the Beat Down, a tournament where almost no holds barred.
It is about an action movie. At the beginning Jake comes only in the evening because he was invited by Baja. He learns by follows her to fight, we see all his evolution and it is this moment which I prefer. When towards the end of the movie we see him making all the exercises which he makes since he has to begin to practise the fight, and since he arrives there finally. We also see at the end that he(it) applies all what that has him learnt Jean Roqua and he beats Ryan McCarthy.
This movie is a good lesson of morality and as the title the said is needed nothing release we can arrive in that we want when we put a lot into what we make and we have the motivation to make a success.
