How do we play squash?
Hi, I'm going to explain you briefly how we play squash.
Squash is a very intensive sport racket. It looks very similar to tennis or "basque pelotte". Squash is played between two players or two teams of two on a Squash court. One player serves to start the match, the server, with at least one foot in the service box, starts play by hitting the ball directly onto the front wall between the cut line and the outline to rebound so that, if allowed, it bounces for the first time in the opposite half of the court and behind the short line. The player continues to serve if he hasn't lost the point and change sides. The point is lost when the ball hits one of the walls over the highest red lines or if the ball bounces twice.
Generally a game is played in 2 sets of 11 points. The particularity of this sport is that you can use every wall, making the players running everywhere on the court.
Competitions are often organized in my town, but theres no much young players.

I used to play a long time ago. It's a strenuous sport, you need to be really fit to play it well.
Seems easy to injure your ankles too.
