I'm unlucky

Last week, for the first training of the season, coach told to the group to go for a 20 minute's footing...10 minutes later I put the left foot in a hole. Results : I have an ankle sprain and It's obviously why I couldn't train at all this week.

ouch!

Will you just miss one week?

No, I miss 2 weeks and a half. And the worst is that I think the ligament didn't heal too well because I always feel an embarrassment. I should see my physiotherapist to have a better opinion. While waiting for, I will take back runnig.

This week end I participated to my first compétition since France Championships in july. It took place in Cognac and it was a team évent. It was really great because the weather was good (not too hot, not too cold)

And your ankle was fine?

Not too bad ! I comme back today from Salon de Provence where was the French Championships of specialities, it was si fun !! My team ended 3e si we won a beautiful bronze medal! I'M SO HAPPY
