Physical Activities of the week Empty Physical Activities of the week

This week like last week I was running. I ran two times. Tuesday after school I was swimming to train for BNSSA test next week. Thursday morning we were running with Mr. Epinoux . We did a split and muscle building. This weekend I 'm going to rest because I 'm tired ! Sleep I would just make a mountain bike tour with my dad.
