This week was the weekend Olympia to Las Vegas . MR.Oympia is the title attributed to the winner to the professional part of the bodybuilding of the Joe Weider's Olympia weekend . A international competition of bodybuilding which is organized every year by the IFBB ( international federation of bodybuilding and fitness ).they are differents titles ( fitness olympia , bikini olympia , figure olympia , mr.olympia ). the title of Mr.Olympia was won by phil heath this week , congratulations to him cheers
