how to catch a wave

To catch a good wave we must be placed well . Always put back on the wave otherwise it can become dangerous all in while watching the waves behind. We must start rowing when the wave is 2 meter behind . You will feel the wave when the speed will increase. This is the signal , it means that you lock on the speed of the wave. It's time to get up, why push your arms to put your leg on the front of the board.We must put the second leg to recover completely . Once standing , the goal is to follow the wave as long as possible without falling.
