Blood donation

A week ago, I gave my blood for the first time.
It’s a gesture that I dreamed of doing for several years, but I did not have the age and not enough weight.
It’s a gesture dear to my heart.
I encourage you to do so
It's a beautiful and simple thing that takes you 10min, and that saves a life.
I made this blood donation, now I reflect on other donations.

I always gave blood in England and did for many years here. Then the French authorities told me that they didn't use my blood because I lived in England during the "mad cow" years.
Seems stupid to me but ....
