A physical stage Empty A physical stage

Hey everybody,

I speak today about my week end, I do a cohesion stage on kayak with 30 peoples. We start the stage on Fryday evening by 15km of Kayak by 2. The next morning, We do 22km of kayak by 2 too and we do 10km in bike and run. The saturday, we have doing 40km of VTT and "accrobranche" time. We are so tired but that was great.
