The head in water Empty The head in water

Good evening,
A few days ago, I have noticed someting important.
I have realized that i'm not really good, in most of the activities that we practice in staps; and I think that i've found the reason.
In my opinion, it's because i have totaly forsaken some athletics components.(coordination, motor skills, balance, mobility, placement)
I should have varied my activities, but i was focus on a goal too much specialized these lasts years (4)
It disability me and i must do someting, because the only thing that i've done in fact, is get bigger and stronger, but that's all. I'm too specialized and not enough multipurpose.
Even if i practice an other activity, that help me to work some points,(especialy the reactivity, dynamism, agility) and try to avoid me to be too stiff, the level required in staps has pushed me to find a solution, better, i have to react and act.

So now, i try to fix it, i strive to work some sports, those where i met big difficulties, or those that i can easily improved.
So this week-end i 've choose to swim Smile
Not really far from where i live, free to decide when go and what to do, i went to "nautilis" saturday afternoon and sunday morning.
1h30 aporixiatively at each session, and thanks to my dad and the lifeguard advices i know how do a better swim form, what that i have to work, what is good etc....

Good post.

You analysed your situation well and have come up with a plan to rectify the problem.

At least your size hasn't stopped you from performing well in .........English.

I have the same problem, in fact. I'm really bad in team sport like basket-ball.

Did your week end in the swiming pool helped you for the session of today ?
