Difficult week, I'm sick with the change of temperature.. !
Today, I not thought that I could manage to do the evaluation of swimming. I make even a better time than during training while I arrived barely to breathe. I think it was thanks to the mental!
This weekend is the last weekend before the holiday week. This will not be the best with all revisions... But the holidays are almost there! Smile
