What is the last movie you watched?

Hi everybody. So here I decided to create a new topic that will actually deal with the movies you've seen recently. I think this is a pretty nice subject, or we can expose his latest finds without spoiler of course. And it is above all a subject that can be dealt with at any time!

So for my part I watched last night, a parody of a famous film for woman called 50 shades of gray. Except that my film is called 50 shades of black. He staged the actor Marlon Wayans (the nephew of the father in the series my family first) in the skin of the main actor who Mr gray except that it takes again the different cult scenes of the film in a humorous tone. For my part I can only advise you for its humorous side, the story is not worked, it is not the kind of film before which you will cry. But rather the one before which you spend a good time.

The last movie i watched was a french movie entitled "Radin!". It follows the story of François Gautier, a penny pincher played by Danny Boon. I really enjoyed watching this movie, it was really funny.

I don't want to spoil you so.....Let's just say that what this man do to save money is just unbelievable, and i don't mean it in a good way!

Interesting topic! The last movie I've watched is a 2 hour-long Filipino movie titled " The Gifted". It tells the story of two genius- but ugly - girls that bond thanks to their intelligence and become BFFs until greed happens and one of them has to become the best student (in order to get a scolarship abroad), at all cost...

It was my fist Filipino movie, it was interesting to discover something new but the movie wasn't all that good, I'll have to try another one.

And Maxime, your Fifthy Shades of Grey parody reminds me of another parody I saw on Youtube: Fifthy Shades of Tea.

For me it's the great wall. It's an American-Chinese film. Released not long ago, (thanks the streaming). I loved the trailer, there were superb special effects, But the film itself ... Bof ... As usual, the best moments were in the trailer, And the film doesn't really tell many things ...

This weekend I watched 2 movies. Fantastic beasts which I'd been excited about. I was very disappointed. The special effects were great but the storyline was thin and really didn't start for about an hour. I nearly turned off through boredom after 45 minutes.

The second film was Ben Affleck in the Accountant. It was pretty much as expected nothing great but watchable.

Recently I saw a movie with The Rock, it was very funny. It is Central Intelligence (Agents presque secrets). It is an American movie. Bob, a old big person became an agent of elite to CIA. He returns in his home town for a party of the alumni. He is going to take up with the star of the high school of time and goes the entrainer to diverse adventures. During the movie, there is a lot of humor! I liked a lot, and that changes usual movies of Dwayne Johnson!

For my part I just saw last night the film the "radin" I find it rather soft, but after I agree with you girls to say it is good. And for "agents almost secret" I saw it last week. And the role play between Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart is really huge.

I watched "the arrival" last night - nothing special. 5/10

The movies I have seen recently is my favorite 'Pride & Prejudice' (2005 film), this is the fifth time I watched this movie. It has the best visual and listening experience：the ornate house, the rural idyllic environment and the handsome Mr. Darcy ...with the smoothing piano music, you will forget all the troubles!!! So I have been longing to visit the Chatsworth House. I always thought that this novel of the Jane Austen has the just the right ending, because I think if she continue to write, it will becomes a tragedy. Personal view, a marriage between families of equal social rank, will be happy But this does not prevent me like this novel，like this film.

My wife loves period dramas.

The last film I watched is " Princess Mononoke" directed by Hayao Miyazaki. I don't know if you know this fantasy anime film. The story turn around the impact of human activity on the nature. I watched this film at least five times. I hope watch "Fifty Shades Darker" maybe during the holidays in two weeks.

Oh i love this anime film! I also saw it like 4 days ago because i was very sad to miss the new Japanese anime film "Your Name" by Makoto Shinkai..  However I watched all Miyazahi's movies, they are just masterpieces. What I like about him is how we learn a lot from his anime films. It could be about environnemental subjects, the relation between humans and animals or between human beings and nature. Even if they are beautiful anime films (with wonderful music for each film!), it's not really for children as the films are kinda "weird" in the meaning that we really need to follow well the film and to see the hidden message to understand it.

It looks so great and I think i'll will cry while watching it aha. It's the story of a Japanese girl Mitsuha who is bored of her country life and want to be a man living in Tokyo, and there's another high school boy, Taki who lives in Tokyo. One day, they begin switching bodies and for 3 days per week. So they try to know more about their respective lifes by leaving notes in Mitsuha's notebook and Taki's phone. However one day Taki, by searching the town where the girl lives, discovered that her village was actually destroyed by a comet 3 years ago. That's when Taki realized that their timelines were seperated. So the goal of this film is to see how Taki will do everything to save Mitsuha and her hometown.

The last movie I saw is "Un homme à la hauteur". It is a french comedy with Virginie Effira and Jean Dujardin. I recommand you this movie because it is the opportunity to take a good time with a good and funny movie ! There is also a love story because people who, normally, will be never together and it is interesting to see this story ! Watch it and tell me what you think about it !

I love the subject. Because I love going to movies or watching movies. I have not come on this conversation for a long time (oops) so I will talk about several movie.
First of all "just the end of the world" a movie that came out not so long ago. Everyone talked about it so I wanted to see it so I had my own opinion. Then he got a lot of reward so I was a little impatient to see him. And to give my opinion, I liked very much but I did not doubt it, I love this director.
Then I would talk about the last movie I saw last week "the unknown girl" a little weird, a bit long, so my opinion is average. I did not expect this style of film.

The last movie that I tried to watch was "Inherent Vice" but I havn't finished it because it's 2h30 long and I was falling alseep. So I cannot really talk about this movie.
However, I watched another movie named "The hidden figures". The movie takes place in the 50's/60's and talk about 3 black women that work for the NASA. The three of them have a very important role in order to help amercia to go into space. It also talk about the first black women of america that went into University and received a degree. It's a very intereting movie!

The last movie I watched is ''orange mécanique'', Clockwork orange in original version, by Stanley Kubrick... And my god, it is special! I wanted to watch it in VO, but fortunatly i watched it in French! Because same in french it is hard to understand ! The vocabulary used is cery very very particular, it's slang, it's difficult to understand, so in english you can imagine....
It's about 4 guys, who like to fight, steal and rape others people, it 's a funny game for us, and the movie is a story of their evolution, from crime to an insane redemption.
It's a good movie but difficult to understand.

The last movie I watched was "Radin". It wasn't exceptional but it was good. It's a man which want to do economies for all since he was a young boy. When he has 20 years old approximately, he make out with his girlfriend with an out-of-date condom and he has a girl because of that. He didn't know that and when he had 40 years old aproximately his girl find him and she had a disease and she need an organ donation. And at the end, his dad will give his organ.

Where do they put the expiry date on a condom?

I saw Cashback. This is the story of a guy, an art student who gets dumped by his girlfriend. He becomes insomniac after that and he decides to use this time to work in a supermarket by night. He imagines that he freezes time, in his head, and draws the fixed figures.

A little weird, 6/10

No Noémie I didn't see it. I prefer the old animation films like Princess Mononoké or Spirited Away (le voyage de Chihiro). The story of your film is very interesting. I will see it maybe in 40 years ^^.
