Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know what people thought about the session. I know there were really few people but just wanted to get some feedback.

So in the end, we did watch 1-6 episodes of Over the Garden Wall a short series of 10 episodes which show the adventures of two boys Wart and Greg travelling through the Unknown.

It's been a while since I saw this series and I really enjoyed the old fashioned and sometimes creepy tone of the show. It is a really underrated show which I feel deserve more recognition. Anyway share your thoughts down below and let me know which episode did you prefer?
For me, I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Harvest episode, I really like the creepy design of the pumpkin costume. Shocked

Let me know what other shows would you want to watch next session and hopefully more people will show up Crying or Very sad

Thank you Alexandre for introducing this cartoon for us ! I quite like this style, like in last century, with a little creepy.
But the Pumpkin episode really sacred the heck out of me. It's so weird that a pumpkin can talk, well I know it isn't weird, but can you imagine there is nothing changed in their face when they talk? No expression, no open the mouth...You don't even know who is talking right now if they don't move. And in their body, skeleton ! I won't make a pumpkin lamp anymore...
whatever, it's a really interesting cartoon. But I think it's not very appropriate for small children? It's probably horror for them.
Next week, we will see these guys go home finally !

I came in quite late because I was watching The Apprentice with the other group at first (then I flew because this show was not for me...). So I only watched ep 4,5 and 6 but it's okay because I've already seen the show two years ago. It's as good as I remembered and I enjoyed watching it again, although sometimes their english can get quite hard to understand (especially when it's a crazy old man that keeps on babbling and mumbling).

Overall it was pretty nice, I think I'll come back next week to watch some more episodes (and maybe I'll switch groups on the way in order to play some games too)!

Thank for the feedback everyone,

Yeah we'll see what we do next session, we might just finish up the series as there are only 4 episodes left then we could play some games too Smile

Put a link if you can Alexandre and then others can sample the cartoon and perhaps add to the discussion.

If you're watching cartoons next week it might be interesting to try something different so you can compare and contrast.

I was able to watch some episodes of the cartoon "over the garden wall" and I can say that it is really worth it. Unfortunately the quality of the video was worse, but the cartoon was really immersive. The characters, the colors and the universe were really interesting to see.
