Matthieu Van Der Poel & Pauline Ferrand Prevot

Hi !
This week end was the word Championships of cyclo cross, in Tabor (Czech Republic).
On saturday, the French woman Pauline Ferrand Prevot won the women race (Be carreful Mr. Cox, she's a very beautiful wife....) : at only 22 years old, she's the road world champion, and cyclo cross world champion. This is absolutely the new french girl champion (and she's more beautiful than Jeanny Longo...).
On saturday, an extra terrestre won the men Race. Matthieu Van der Poel is only 20 years old, became the world champion. Moreover he was supposed ton run with the U23, but he has required to run in the elit race. He is the youngest world champion of the history (probably thank's to his grand father, Raymond Poulidor, and his father, the old champion : Adri Van der Peol).
So, it was a very long week end for cyclism, and also, for me !

Do the riders take drugs or is it a clean sport? (serious question)

I think that, it's like in all difficult sports : some competitors cheat...
But, cycling fight agaisnt doping more than all the aother sports.....
For example, do you know that Rita Jeptoo, a famous Kenyan Maratthoner, has been suspended for 2 years for doping ? I'm not sur that lot of people know that..But, everybody know that Alberto Contador in 2011, has been suspended during 1 year....
Moreover, in 2012, 1812 doping control were achieved, for only 394 in Basket ball ...
So, I think that doping is still present in cyclism, but more than in the other sports !
