Alcohol has been around for centuries, I think it's a way of thinking about something else through its effects. But that's where you have to be vigilant because because of alcohol you can often do things you do not want. That's why we can eat but do not abuse

I will talk about alcohol in Charente. There are two major types of alccol in Charente, Pineau and Cognac. they are mostly made in the region called Cognac located around the city of Cognac. Pineau is mainly used for aperitif while Cognac at the end of the meal.
