Favorite food, favorite cocktail and favorite meal

Hi everybody,

My favorite food its chocolate. In cake, donut’s, slab or in drink, everything its delicious with chocolate!
My favourite meal it’s eggs with rice. I know it’s not very fun but it’s easy to cook that every day and this plate give lot of energy for sport. While you cook that you can make something else like your work.
My favourite cocktail: I hate cocktails in bar because he put to many sugars. It’s depend the seasons but During summer I loved Ricard, it’s very refreshing with glasses. During the dinner I prefer wine: red wine with food it’s perfect and white wine is better for aperitif. I like drink beer sometimes but after 3 or 4 beer, it’s fast disgusting.

Good morning Antoine for creating this new topic. It's a very delicious subject but it's also a different subject when you are gourmand !

First of all, I don't have a favorite cocktail because curious as it may seem I don't drink alcohol or just one cup.
But food is all my life: chocolate, cheese, meat, vegetables : french dream.

Indeed, since I was a little boy, I like my grandmother's food that is to say : her regional cuisine is full of taste and authentic. I prefer her quiche lorraine; her foie gras and her crepes.

However, with her foie gras I like a little bit of wine and more precisely a cup of wine of Chablis : mamamia...

So, my favorite cocktail is vodka, lemonade and violet syrup. My taste in wine is non existent, I drink all of them indiscriminately and I also like them indiscriminately. I think I could not see a difference between a 3€ bottle and a 24€ bottle.

Bread is my life, or sandwich bread if I have the laziness to go to the bakery. Clearly, a meal without bread is an horrible meal for me. I'm extremely french for that.

As everybody know, my favourite meal is ramen. Ramen is the best thing ever. Nothing can beat it. I can definitely say that I am in love with ramen. My dear ramen... It's so flavorful. Everybody should taste it at least once. I mean real ramen not like the one in Angoulême even if it's pretty good.
My favourite cocktail is Cuba Libre which is Rhum with cola.

For me my favorite cocktail it’s a «  Maitai » . It’s a cocktail from Tahiti. It’s made with a white rum and dark rum, a cointreau or a « grand marnier », a cane sugar, a juice of pineapple and the juice of green lemon.
This cocktail it’s a « Tahitian punch ». In the sunset, at the beach it’s a very good cocktail for the good holiday !!! ( haha )
And the perfect meal it’s a raw fish with a coconut milk and a lemon zest accompanied with the rice.
My favorite dessert is a chocolate cake with a hot chocolate and a chantilly !!!
It's my perfect dinner !!!

Hello everyone !
I agree with Antoine, chocolate is all my life ! I love it and I like to baking it in some pastry recipes. We have to be sweet and delicate with chocolate because it don't support high temperature or need a high control for example. I like the smell of chocolate and to taste the dough before put in the oven ! miam !
My favorite cocktail is all based of rhum but I definitely like Alexis's one (vodka, limonade and violet syrup). Thanks Alexis !
And my favorite meal is pasta in every way : carbonara, bolognaise, lasagna, with pesto. And I love the torti type for example. I'm not Italian but I could be ahah !

I always bring a lot - and give it all to my wife!

I only know the cheddar, but it's a really salt cheese !
