A good week Empty A good week

I started a good part of my programm. My trainer wants me to do a break in train to change my mind, eat and drink everything i want none thinking about sporty way of life. Better, in this kind of week off, he encourages us to do the opposite a real athlets have to do. I think it will be a good week...
