Good week-end for me ! Empty Good week-end for me !

I spent a good week-end. I trained saturday because I have a triathlon the 4 october in Saujon. I did 50 kilometers in VTT sunday morning and I saw a athletics meeting in Cognac with my brothers sunday night so I spent a week-end well filled and I have a good sensation for my last triathlon of my season 2015. I also saw the beautiful defeat of England at the world cup rugby. Very Happy
