Each league is divided into several pools where the first of the B, C and D leagues are promoted to the top league and the last of the A, B and C leagues are relegated to the bottom league. The top 4 of the 4 pools in league A play a Final Four with semi-finals and final. The winner of the first edition was Portugal in 2018-2019 and France in 2020-2021. The next 4 semi-finalists are Spain, the Netherlands, Italy and Croatia. It will be difficult to predict the winner.

As for the Pogba affair, it concerns the two brothers Paul and Matthias Pogba.

I absolutely hate the nation league cause it a variant of the Uefa euro cup wich is in supplement of all seasons games, an others international games. it just a new way of making money without thinking about the physical conditions of players who have more than 50 games a week.
About the Pogba affair, I think it's just a problem of the street life who rattrap the Pogba brothers since their young, before beeing professional players, and the media make it as a big big story

I don't follow football in general, but what I know about the nation league is that it’s organized in four leagues. The four winners of the League A groups are qualified for the Final Four (semi-finals + final) this year in September it is Italy, Croatia, the Netherlands and Spain who were the four qualified for the final phase of the League of Nations. Moreover, the stakes of this League of Nations is double because beyond the trophy awarded to the final winner, two possibly qualifying places for the 2022 World Cup are granted.
As for the pogba affair, I was able to read or watch videos that say that the affair begins on Saturday, August 27, with the publication on social networks of a video of Mathias Pogba his brother, or he announces that he wants to make "big revelations" soon on his brother Paul. The advisors of Paul Pogba reacted the next day by publishing a statement in which they denounce "attempts of extortion in organized gang" against Paul Pogba.
