i choose to do my reports on the american supernatural series"ghost whisperer".

Melinda gordon is a young woman who inherited from her grandmother the ability of seing and communicating with ghosts. she lives in grandview and own an antique shop.
melinda helps wandering spirits to cross over into the light and find peace, and by the way she helps their loved ones to mourn.


season 1- episode 1

it's melinda's wedding ceremony with jim a paramedic. she fell a spirit's presence.
it's the spirit of a soldier who seems lost and ask melinda's help for finding his wife who is expectating their first child.
after researches, melinda find that the soldier, named paul adams, disappeared in 1972 and his corps has never been found. his son michael, a man now ,is married and having a baby with wife.

paul can't realised that so much time passed and that his wife too died. melinda tell him he have to cross over but paul can't rest in peace until his son knew how he died.
melinda go to michael's house and tell him how his father died. michael ask how she knew and melinda has to tell him about the ability she has to see ghost.
michael think she just want to exploit his pain and squeeze her out.

melinda get home and find jim sad because he almost lost a patient at work and couldn't stand anymore how death is all around them. melinda tell him a message his death brother give her for the day he'll want to give up. jim take heed of how important is what they do.

michael come at melinda's place after asking the pentagone about his father's death and he need answers. he finally trust melinda's gift.
his father appears and melinda allow them to get to know each other and communicate.

months after, it's paul's funeral ceremony, michael is here with his new born son and his wife. paul is finally ready to cross over into the light and to rest in peace.

Season 1 episode 5

In an old orphanage where she went to take objets for an auction, melinda met 3 young boys ghost in the basement.
They seems agressive and want her to leave them alone. she find that they died in a fire.
The batiment will be destroy to construct a hotel.
Melinda want they to enter the light before the demolition and she try to find a way to convince them.
She succeed with two boy the third refuse because he feel guilty for death of a friend ernie that he fail to save.
Melinda convince him that he deserve to enter the light and that he will join his brother and rest in peace.
She find out that ernie survive to the fire and since that he feel guilty too for being the only survivor.
By helping them communicate she manage to assuage them.
The boys finally cross over the light.

Season 1 episode 6

While dining at home with friends melinda is distrurbed by a ghost. His name is jason and he died just before his eighteen when he find out he was adopted. He was so angry that he broke a hive and the bees sting kill him(he was allergic).
He refuses to cross over the light until he finds his biological mother.
Melinda helps him and by meeting that woman they understand that she doesn’t want to talk or even think about her son (it’s to painful). Jason feel rejected but his half-sister want to talk with him.
She’s pregnant just like her mother at the same age and don’t find the courage to tell her mother.
Melinda and jason support her and her mother want her to give the baby to adoption.
She doesn’t agree.
By talking with jason, she finally remember how itw as difficult for her and tell him she always love him and she do the right thing by offering her son the best (trough adoption).
She will finally support her daughter with the baby.

Season 1 episode 15
It’s melinda’s birthday and she doesn’t want to celebrate it because of the fight between her grand mother and her mom at her ninth birthday. She dont even want to talk with her mom.

She met with the spirit of a young girl she went at school with and died at this time. That girl was the first ghost she saw.
Just before she died she heard her parents arguing and she think it’s her fault.
She want to talk with her parents and see if they are still mad ; Melinda discover that thet are divorceded (just after sarah, there daughter died).
She find the two and sarah tell them she is happy and they no more need to feel guilty or sad.
They love each other and with the sorrow taken away they can leave there love.
Sarah finally cross over the light.

Charmed season 1 episode 1
In town someone is killing witches. Detective trudo is working on the case.he xas at school with pru
In the halliwell’s house the three sisters( pru, pipper and phoebe) gathered after there grand-mother deceased.
The youngest one discover a book (the book of shadows) in the attic and read the first incantation she saw.
This activate there power, called the power of three. For pru it’s telepathy, piper can stop the time and phoebe can see the future. They are now witches.

The murderer attack them and it is pipper’s boyfriend jeremy (a demon) wich was just waiting them to become witches.
The sisters find an incantation in the book of shadows and killed jeremy.
They have now to adapt to there new powers and the fact that they are witches.

charmed Season 1 episode 2

Detective trudo works on the disappearance of many young girl. The kidnapping happens at the quack, the restaurant where works pipper as chef.
Pru start dating with detective trudo but is hesitating because she is now a witch and is afraid to involve him in a complicated relation.
Phoebe met at the quack a handsome man that invite her at his protographic studio.
The man is the demon kidnapping women and it is for steal there youth (he need it to stay handsome).
Pipper met a friend that was at restaurant the day before and now is old woman. She recognize her thanks to her tatoo. By questionning her she understand that the date of phoebe is a demon.
Thanks to an incantation of the book of shadow pru and pipper arrive just at time to save phoebe.

charmed Season 1 episode 3

The 3 neighbours of the sisters halliwell are demons that want to steal the bokk of shadow.
The problem is that the book can be taken out only by the 3 sisters. The demons have to finf a strategie.
In the same time the dad of the sisters, wich abandone them when they were young, reappears.
Pipper and phoebe want to meet him by pru no. She is too much angry with him.
Phoebe have a premonition in wich she see her dad taken the book of the shadow.
The sisters becomes suspicious and understand that he knew about there powers.
But it is the demon that take the appearance of there father.
The sisters due to phoebe’s premonition succeed to kill the demon.
Pru finally give his chance to there father.
