food is an important part of an athlete's life. The athlete must have a seine and balanced diet to maximize his performance and become better. However even if the sportsman has to eat breast, he can give himself a pleasure from time to time like a big pizza.

Food

Food is something very important. However the food can be different depending on the country where you are. For sport, it is important to eat healthy, that is, not to eat fatty foods. I personally like to eat red meat with vegetables, it's a fairly balanced meal, then finish with a desert fruit

Food is one of the most important things in a human life. Each country has is own food culture. France is one of the most famous countries for his gastronomy. One of the favorite meat of todays' teenagers is called kebab. Many people think that it is a native dish from Turkey or Greece. In reality, it came from Germany.

Food is essential to survive, to be in form. But for me, it’s not just that. If you know how to cook, eat can be a real pleasure. In France, we have cheese, sausage, and it’s very good. But there are many differents dishes, many differents food, and several cultures of how to cook. I hope one day i can travel the world to eat the dishes of differents countries

Food is essential for us to survive. But by many people food is viewed as more as a pleasure than a necessity. Food can go from a vital thing that everybody needs to a very dangers thing and a source of health problems if we do not have a balance diet. It can lead to diseases such as obesity and diabetes if we don't watch what we eat. Personally I don't have a strict diet but I try to remain quite healthy.

Speciality Scottish recipe
Turkey recipe with chestnuts for six people:
4kg of Turkey
15 thin slices of bacon
250g mash potatoes of chestnuts
80g of butter
250g mushrooms from Paris
1 celery stalk
1 onion
3 tablespoon of liquid cream
50g of breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper
