Group A Final Discussion

This week you need to say what you would like in English during your second semester. What do you think you need before you leave Angouleme and study somewhere else next year. Sensible and thought out responses are requested. Also this semester we tried a number of different activities, which did you like and which did you think were not so good. Don't worry about telling the truth - I have no problems with it.

During the second semester, I think that keeping some work about the oral expression and the oral comprehension is important to keep in progress in English. Those two things are the most important and beneficial to help us to use our own English in front of an English people. After, this semester, the idea of 1 hour of oral expression and 1 hour of oral comprehension had been appreciated. This way of working removed the impression of a long classroom of two hours and being in little groups for the oral expression allowed a lot of person to speak easier. Then, the oral expression in group noted was great to realized and it offered the possibility to test us and see where we were in English. For the forum up English, it a good thing to keep a part of written expression during the semester.

During the second semester, I want to improve my oral expression because it's very important in work. I want too to work in group because it's a possibility to work with the others and it's very important. This semester, it's was good because we were in group for oral compréhension. For oral expression, we were too in litte group and it was easier to speak. So thank you for this semester and see you next year !

During the second semester, I go with a first year class because I doesn't work hard the last year. But for the L2, everybody likes work about different subjects in group on expression and oral comprehension, I propose you to make evaluation every week ! And for the oral expression it's good to make a video likes the last year but with another subject. See you soon !

First of all this semester was pleasant and appreciable in English with several types of work. The forum is imperatively kept this requires us to have a tip of English in our week outside class hours. The work on expression and oral comprehension is very important for learning the language. However, we should also strengthen a little our expression and written comprehension. We can emit the idea of learning vocabulary words in each class to enrich our language.

For the second semester I think we must continue to work the oral expression and oral comprehension to continue to progress in this language. I need to continue to learn to speak English, to be able to express myself more easily and also need to continue to listen to English because I think that it also helps to speak orally because we hear the pronunciation words. What I liked during this semester is that we have to work at the same time the expression but also the understanding. I also enjoyed small group games because it allows you to express yourself more easily.

For the first semester, I enjoyed working the oral comprehension. Small role plays are interesting and ready for evaluation. I am happy to continue English for the second semester because it is important to speak English well to travel and find a job. On the other hand, the work in autonomy on the  website MDL lacks details and explications. I would have preferred to work in class and ask you real questions. For the second semester, I want to work the written comprehension from a text. I hope you will have a merry christmas.

The oral expression is very good to get more vocabulary but it's really complicated. the work on up english is essential. For oral comprehension, I think is bad , maybe because I don't like oral comprhensions. I prefer listen my friends. For the module online, it's good idea but the site is too much complicated.

You said before to leave angouleme next year ? Who said next year we leave this city ? Not everybody in any case ! I stay here because a football session is open again.
So for the second semester, we could make debates and more oral expression. Arround this oral expression, i would like to study the foreign culture in different country, for to give like to make you want to go abroad. Or if we need to talk about sport, why not sport culture inside foreign culture.

This semester, the class was seperate in 2 groups and i think it's a good idea because we work better in little group. For the second semester, it should more oral expression because it's the most important. Oral comprehension is important and the job in computer room is a good thing. I think English is very important at the future, to find a job or discorver new cultures and countries. I would like to have more vocabulary because my english vocabulary is limited and i would like to improve myself in this categorie.
