WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

Hello everyone, such a great topic Amélie!
I think everyone of us need to see next to him/her first of all because happiness can be very close to us but we think that we need to make a trip or to buy a new thing....to feel really happy.
For me preparing or eating a tasty food, spending time with my family or my friend, just taking coffee with a good view or someone who said to me a great thing can make my day simply.

There are too much things can make us happy, we should just think positively and bee optimist.
Enjoy you life, we only live once and life is too short;)

Hey Amélie,

I like your topic, i think it's a good idea because a lot of people stay focused on the bad things. While focusing on the good things is more positive and healthier mentally.

It's a simple question : "what makes you happy?" But i never thought about it, so it's time to do it ahah

I would say food because it's something that gather people, something you share with them. I love cooking because it allows me to think about something else and to make others happy by cooking something they like and making
them smile.

Another thing that makes me happy is traveling. I live to travel. Discovering the world: the different landscapes, meeting people and discovering their culture is a rewarding experience.

Then, i would add reading and listenning to music because it can help to escape from reality. When i read a book i like the way it makes my imagination works : the way i imagine the characters, the landscapes and the whole universe created by the author. That's why i prefer to read a book before seeing it at the cinema. Concerning music, it helps my think about something else and to relax.

Of course, my friends and my family because i always live good moments with them and that create great memories. Okay, sometimes we all have bad moments but what stay are the good memories of time spend with people we love.

Another one is sport. It's something important for me because i like pushing my limits and because after sport i feel good, i feel happy. Even training outside, it feels good!

I would also say animals : they are full of love. I think especially to my cat which makes me smile everytime i see her. She has that kind of crazy side and on the other hand her attachment to me and my parents. Horses too, which are my great passion, i don't know how to describe this but when i'm with horses i feel happy. You can totally lose me when i'm with animals ahah

I will end with this point: the mood of others.
I'm happy and i like when people are in a good mood/smile/laught.
I find that people's moods can be shared: if someone is in a good mood, it can influence the mood of others in the same way. As well as smile and laughter, which are contagious!
I read an article explainning that a smile can have
a positive impact on you (and others)!

It's a beautiful spider. It should help desensitise people who have a phobia. I don't think there are any dangerous spiders in France. Spiders are frightened of you, which is one reason they usually move around at night and very quickly.

thank you Amélie for this topic. For me the thing that makes me happy when I draw, it's my passion and I can draw during a lot of hours. Cooking and eating with my family or my friends (like yesterday with Elisangella and Jordan, cheese and wine party ) makes me happy. Viewing series, films and reading comics, books also. And to finish my friends makes me happy !!!!!

Oh hi hey hello good morning ! I totally forgot one so important thing to be happy for me... One amazing movie night with a lot of candies and beautiful and warm socks !

And to be honest, and more serious, I had never been more happy than in my simplest life : campervan life ! Freedom and simplicity, for me, THIS IS THE LIFE !

Amélie’s subject is super interesting! Things that make me happy are very simple:
- Shopping for clothes : for myself but also for others, advising them BUT NOT paying for them
- Spending time with my friends while drinking
- Seeing my family while eating
- MUSIC is really important and very related to my mood: often it’s dynamic and positive
- Keeping pretty boxes: I don’t expose them, I just like to have them in my closet
- Series, movies, going to the cinema
- Walking around while it’s sunny, it makes me happy to look around and see the beauty in the world
- I also loooove animals like cats, dogs, birds, foxes, anything small and cute ! Except for dogs, I like them big too!
