Hello everyone !

Today I would like to talk about draconian diets since they are being used by so many people these days and especially by girls.

People who use such a diet don't really realise that not only is it dangerous for their health, but also unefficient. In fact, it is true that they lose weight fastly but the problem is that it is not fat they lose but mostly water and muscles.
Such method is also dangerous as those who use it don't often eat enough or only eat one or two kins of aliments. This can result in many deficiencies such as vitamin deficiencies or anaemia.

My advice is just try to eat healthy or seek help of specialts to help you lose weight if you need to Razz

Do you think "diet" companies target men and women in different ways? Could that be construed as sexism?
